Varying Physical Appearances –
Rhode has two differing appearances depending on the time of day at Landel’s – a white form during the day, and a dark form at night. These different forms represent her Human and Noah sides respectively and also designate the extent to which she can use her powers while trapped at Landel’s.

White Form (specific to the daytime)
Rhode Camelot - The Wiki @ Landel's Damned
Eyes - Dark Blue-violet
Skin - Pale

Abilities - Rhode is merely an average human while in this form. She can not use any powers aside from whatever strength her young body possesses and so cannot even glimpse another’s emotions.
Additional Information - Because of Landel’s, Rhode is unable to feel her Noah side at all while trapped in this form. She also becomes more susceptible to any repercussions of things received during the nightly hours. Any mental suggestions still lingering will affect her far more strongly during this time. She will also seem younger than her designated 13 years as well due to her Human side having been repressed by her Noah side for so
long.

Dark Form (specific to the nighttime)
Eyes - Golden
Skin - Dark, very Hispanic looking
Abilities - Though extremely limited at Landel’s, Rhode does have access to the most basic of her abilities while in this form. Her general ability of regeneration, though slow, works at this time and will have wounds closed come morning before the ability wears off. She is also able to skim the topmost layer of another
’s emotions by reading their hearts. Now, is a person is devoid of a heart, Rhode will know so immediately, and be unable to read any emotions from that person.
Additional Information - Rhode slips into this form during the Dinner Shift as this is when time at Landel’s turns from day to night. While in this form, her truest Noah nature returns to her along with all the bloodlust. She will be her most wicked and also her most crafty during this time. Her Noah personality is far older than her Human one.

Other notable characteristics: In her Noah form, Rhode is supposed to have a row of crosses lining the area of her forehead to signify her standing as a Noah. At Landel’s, while the marks do appear, they are very, very faint. The Noah part of her is being so strongly weakened that they cannot form fully. Rhode has yet to realize the marks are faded. She has not seen herself in a mirror during the nightly hours and since it is dark in the hallways, no one else has looked close enough to tell that she has them.

History: Rhode Camelot’s history is unfortunately all canonically vague. Her heritage and nationality are mysteries, and there is also the possibility that “Rhode Camelot” is not her given birth name. What is known is that she has been with a man by the title of The Millennium
Earl for at least the past three years and in those years has not changed either mentally or physically from her depiction in the current Manga timeline.

As a rough guess based on her current mannerisms and what little bit is known of her, she was probably raised entirely by The Millennium
Earl. Brief scenes in canon show her working on homework with the help of The Millennium Earl and other members of her “Family”. She also treats him much like her father figure and attempts at times to get him to play with her. She seems close with Tyki Mikk, another member of the “Family”, and prods him to help her with her homework as though he were her big brother. Her relations with other members of the Family, at least on an individual level, are mostly unknown. She laughs at the twins Jasdero and David when they mess up and apparently had some kind of fondness for Skin's love of sweets, but this is as much as we know thus far.

The Noah Family depicted in D.Gray-Man is taken from the Bible just as with most themes and references within the series. About 7,000 years
ago (from the 1900s setting that is used in D.Gray-Man) The Millennium Earl set out to challenge God by destroying all human life on the planet. The war raged between The Exorcists – the disciples of God – and The Millennium Earl resulted in “The Three Days of Darkness” (inthe Old Testament, this is a “condensed” Great Flood). Prophecy told that even with the Earl’s defeat right before those three days, he would return again to plunge the world into darkness. D.Gray-Man centers around his return and the threat he poses to human kind. At the Millennium Earl’s disposal are 13 Humans descended from the line of Noah (as in Noah’s Ark). Rhode Camelot is known as the “First Child” of the Noah Family, making her the oldest member. Currently, the Noah have a betrayer to their Family, a mysterious 14th member. The Millennium Earl seems to have strong feelings concerning this betrayer, but the man’s (or woman’s) identity has yet to be revealed.

At present, the Noah are searching out the “Heart” of all Innocence so that they may destroy it and, in turn, destroy all Innocences connected with it.

Rhode Camelot - The Wiki @ Landel's DamnedPersonality: Though Rhode is known to be older than she appears, she intentionally keeps the youthful ways of young girl. She is more often
than not in a mood to play with something or someone – preferably the latter of those if given the option. Her manner of playing, however usually consists of some 100 floating candles wedging their sharpened bases into human flesh with blood pouring out in copious amounts. Of course, she puts that blood to good use by painting on walls with it for her own personal enjoyment. She is also inclined to lick said blood, an apparent habit of hers as she is seen doing so on many occasions. Morbid and quite proud to be so, she will remain playful so long as no one is there to scold her or make her stop. When things become boring, she leaves in search of some more interesting entertainment.

Rhode has had rare (and I mean /extremely/ rare) instances of showing her serious side though there have not been enough occurrences to see just how serious she can actually manage to be. She does seem to be smart enough to keep herself and her playful tendencies hidden while interacting with non-exorcist humans. In her first encounter with Allen
Walker, she pretended to be a young girl looking to buy a ticket and was led by Allen himself to go get one. It was later that she revealed herself to Allen as being a Noah once her human side collected the information she desired.

Recent chapters have thrown her into her more serious side – that side being far more pointed and deadly. As was shown, if her family is messed with or destroyed, she will seek revenge by any means necessary unless the target of her aggression is someone she also happens to love
as dearly as family. If that happens to be the case, she will instead direct her attacks at someone close to the initial target and destroy that person instead. /Someone/ is required to pay for taking something precious to her.

Her strong bipolar nature very apparent during her time spent at Landel’s, her personality changing with the rise and fall of the sun and moon.

Likes and Dislikes: Her favorite things are candy and The Millennium Earl whom she adores playing tricks upon. Toying with others, even those she loves, is just a favorite pastime of hers. This devilish nature she possesses will frustrate many – she is the type to play a horrible trick and later deny having done anything as if she were a perfect little angel. She has an amazingly short attention span as well, and will run off at the first thing to catch her attention.

One of her biggest known hatreds is that for humans. Though she herself is human, her possession of the Noah genes and abilities makes her superhuman and not an annoying weakling as, in her opinion, all non-Noah humans are. She enjoys causing those weak humans to suffer for not being of “God’s chosen”. One particular young boy by the name of Allen Walker happens to be her favorite Human “toy” to play with. Canon shows her both severely injuring and kissing this main character (on the lips no less), so her stance on actually hating humans has him as the probable /only/ exception.

Point at which she arrived at Landel’s:

Having waited like a good little girl since the incident at the Rewinding Town, Rhode was just moments away from Allen Walker entering the room at the top of the Ark (a dimensional portal used by the Noah). In her excitement, she bolted for the door the moment it began opening, ready to pounce her beloved Allen and plant a nice kiss on him. Instead, she ended up somersaulting out of a bed at Landel’s Mental Institution.

Canon Abilities:Rhode Camelot - The Wiki @ Landel's Damned

Within the Noah Family, each Noah possesses the same ability of regeneration after taking physical damage. Rhode Camelot at one time took out her entire face with an Innocence and regenerated on the spot. She does feel pain, but because of her sadistic and morbid ways does not care much for it and can apparently tolerate a good deal of it. This proves her to have some masochistic tendencies.

As for her individual abilities, Rhode is a powerhouse in a small package. She controls a power over dreams on a time/space level. Each Noah carries a specific memory linking them to the original Noah, and the memory that Rhode carries is “Dreams”. She has the ability to create alternate dimensions that she dreams up (either while asleep or while awake) and can trap others within. Inside these dreams Rhode can create illusions in order to mentally or physically destroy those she has trapped. She can also enter her own dreams or create imitation versions of herself to play inside the dreams instead. To enter her dream worlds or alternate dimensions, she summons a heart-shaped dimensional door. This door can also link to other places she has been, similar to that of a teleportation portal. On top of all of that, she can summon her favorite torture devices of floating candles all bearing spikes at their bases. These she uses to strike at her enemy without having to move anything but a hand. Though the candles seem to be her favorite, she has summoned other items as well ranging from floating birthday presents to swarms of decaying zombies!

In conjunction with her dream worlds, Rhode has the ability to pry into the deepest depths of a person’s heart and soul. While creating a dream, she delves into the heart of whomever she has trapped and starts shaping her dreams accordingly with what she finds best suited for breaking that person. A traumatic childhood, or perhaps doubts on the loyalties of friends or even of themselves… all of it is at her disposal the moment her victim is ensnared.

In one early chapter and another much more recent one, Rhode has hinted at possessing telepathic abilities in communicating both with Akuma – the controlled henchmen of the Millennium Earl – and with humans.

Things that Rhode does not manifest on her own include a talking pink, jack-o-lantern-headed umbrella by the name of Relo and the Akuma. Though not a weapon, Relo can project images from its head (the jack-o-lantern) and relay messages. As for Akuma - literally translated to mean “devil” - they are living machines comprised individually of a human soul, a machine to house that soul, and a tragedy in order to make fusing the soul with the machine capable. When Akuma are formed, they kill humans and wear their skins in order to hide from the sight of the Humans, their main prey. An Akuma could be anyone. Akuma evolve as well in proportion to the number of humans they kill and are currently the being created and used by The Millennium Earl as willing weapons for Human destruction. Rhode has been given full control of Akuma by the Millennium Earl and has once told one to self-destruct, which it did.

Because of her abilities, it has come to attention that the form Rhode runs about in may not actually be her truest form. The closest the canon has come to confirming her true form was during a time where Rhode disguised her body in the form of Allen Walker within one of her dimensions.

I really like Road, but not as much as I like Tyki, David, and Sheryl. She's highly entertaining and very funny! ^_^ It's really funny how she likes Allen! Lolz!

And the reason why she is so close to Tyki is because Tyki is her uncle and therefore, she is his niece! ^_^
